What owners say
Great facilities for our Furbabies, option for an individual room or the shared zone. Our boys are indoor cats and we always book them in for an individual room. Patrick and Jacquie are great. Genuinely love cats and have a good eye for them too - ask about the Sydney Zoo story next time you're visiting. Our boys and the other cats in their care, are well taken care of and there is no one else we would trust to be their home away from home. They have a no BS approach, follow the rules on flea treatments, etc and do whats right for the cat when required. Straight forward, no drama. Thanks for the great chats Pat! See you next time!

First there was the change on hours on drop off with not even a weeks notice and having to change plans. Totally understand change in circumstances so rolled with it as I know these things pop up and thats life. What I wasnt happy about was the delayed communication about our cats having fleas. Told half way through their stay that they had fleas and was basically a tap on the back of an email about change in hours again for pick up therefore no choice in treatment, As per their own terms and conditions 'All cats must be flea treated prior to entry, if it appears your cat has fleas, they will be flea treated at owners’ cost, $30 per cat using Advantage or $60 using Bravecto. You will be given the choice'. Unfortunately no choice given (they didnt use the more expensive one) its more the lack of following their own terms and conditions. Wont be back which is a real shame because we have used you about 5 times and never had any problems and has always been great. Communication goes a long way with customers Update: After posting my original review, the owner responded publicly and also made a post on their Facebook page discussing the situation with a customer review. While my name was not used in the Facebook post, the context clearly referred to my review My original concern remains the same as stated in my review: communication about the flea treatment and not being offered the choice outlined in the business’s own terms and conditions. I have used this cattery several times in the past without issues, which is why this experience was disappointing. I believe honest feedback is important for future customers when choosing pet care services. Please also reply to my email with date treated, evidence of fleas and batch number and brand of treatment.

Thank you Boutique Cattery (Pat) for helping us look after our 10 month old cat, Rani. This was the first time we used boarding for for Rani. She was extremely nervous but we were assured that she will be well looked after and indeed when we picked her up she was fine. I am looking forward to using Boutique for my future needs. We really appreciate Pat's tips and guidance for good care of Rani. Thanks again.

Always clean and presentable. Different housing options with lots of different levels for cats to climb. Photos are always uploaded to Facebook for people who want to see what their cat is up to. Our cat is always calm when picking her back up.

Patrick and Jacquie took great care of Hobbs. He told us all about how happy he was on the way home. Thank you for taking pictures of him so we could see him while we were away.
