K9 Heaven sits on a 10-acre farm in Massey West where dogs run daily in small packs across fenced farmland, native bush, and a lake rather than spending the day in an indoor yard. Standard overnight boarding uses shared sleeping (mainly crated); the Boujee Boarding tier offers fully furnished private suites, extra one-on-one walks, and an optional gourmet raw-meat menu. All visitors must pass a trial day before staying, and a weekday shuttle service covers most of Auckland.

We absolutely love K9 Heaven! Ollie gets so excited the second we pull into the driveway, which tells you everything you need to know. The team is kind, professional, and clearly cares so much about the dogs. We’ve trusted them with daycare and grooming, and have always felt completely comfortable leaving Ollie there. Bubbles loves it here! I've used their day care, grooming and boarding services. The staff are very friendly and take care of him really well. I can tell he feels safe because he is so happy to go back there. When I pick him up he's always tired, relaxed and clearly had a full day of fun. They make sure to post photos of the walks so we are updated throughout the day. I've used other doggy daycares in the last 7 years so I know if a place is genuinely good, K9Heaven really stands out.

+++AAA+++ There’s honestly no where else my paws Loki will board. He loves the farm walks and is too tired at the end of each day to miss me! Staff are sooo caring, and the many pics on FB daily are very reassuring. There’s no need to worry when you see how much of a blast the dogs have there. These are all pics they posted while Loki was boarding for a week. Highly recommend K9H.

K9 Heaven in West Auckland is an amazing daycare for our fur baby, we have used daycare and over night stays, we don’t need to worry when we work out of town she is very well looked after. Our girl comes home happy and so tired some days! Most days👍 She has friends and 10 acres that she can explore, has the opportunity to have a mud spa day too. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, what a great team!! They have been known to take my calls after 6pm when I have checked in on our girl when we’ve been away thanks K9 🫶🏼 appreciate you all.

Highly recommended!!!! Had my 8 years husky did both daycare and boarding at K9 Heaven 🥰 he definitely enjoy every second he’s there, especially their big field that allows our babies to burn out their energies there. They took great care of Oreo and also update regularly!!! And their response time was very quick too :) even when Oreo is boarding, they answered my question when I needed, made me feel secure 🫶🏻 they r a bit more pricey compared to other daycare but definitely worth every penny of it, and they always look after us and do surprised sales and package for us to purchase!!! Definitely recommend and I’m glad I’ve moved to k9 heaven 🫶🏻

A $15 per dog, per day peak-time surcharge applies on public holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Boarding Packages are not valid for use during peak periods.
