When we first adopted our furbaby, we visited a few catteries to find a “second home” for her whenever we travel, and Keepin Katz stood out right away. It was by far the best, and Jan was easily the warmest “cat aunt” among everyone we met 😊 We’ve now been bringing our cat here for about 3 years now, and it’s always been a place we feel confident leaving her in. We’ve left Jordie in Jan and Amy’s hands for all kinds of trips - from short getaways to longer, almost month-long stays, and we always feel at ease. As an overthinking furmum 😅, I really appreciate how Jan reassures us that Jordie is doing well and properly cared for. There have also been moments that really showed how much they care. When my partner and I were getting married, we were a bit frazzled and forgot Jordie’s things. Jan immediately told us not to worry and that they would take care of everything, so we didn’t have to rush back home. Recently, we had a trip where our flight got cancelled and rescheduled the following day, Jan kindly agreed to a different pick-up time to accommodate the unplanned change and reassured us that Jordie was absolutely fine in their care. That really helped ease our stress during an already hectic situation. They also follow our requests for Jordie, both the simple and the slightly “extra” ones, just to make sure she is comfortable and easily settled. Also thrilled that Jordie even seems to have her own favourite unit facing the trees - I’m certain she enjoys watching the birds 🐱 Highly recommended. Thanks Keepin Katz! 😻

Great accommodation for your fur babies! We felt so comfortable leaving our cat Mango with Jan & the team as I knew she would be well looked after throughout her stay. We had zero issues and the booking process was very easy. 10/10 recommend! Happy cat and owners!

Jan and the team are great to deal with, and have been very accommodating of our tripod cat who is very precious to us. I trust them and feel completely comfortable leaving her with them to look after her. Jan even looked after a brand new kitten for us at short notice because she turned up at our house right before we went away. Highly recommend.

An oasis for cats. My cat loved it here and was calm and happy overtime i picked him up. Jan goes above and beyond to ensure the cats are nurtured and happy during their stay. My boy has stayed several times in the last year and he doesn't stress about going in the carrier or car, I think because he enjoys going!
