We’ve been sending our dog to PAWSS for years, and it has always been an outstanding experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and responsible. They go above and beyond to make sure every dog feels safe, supported, and loved. Our dog absolutely loves it there — he’s always excited to go in and comes home happy and relaxed. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the dogs and knows how to look after them well. PAWSS has given us complete peace of mind, whether for daycare or boarding. We are truly grateful for their dedication and support over the years. Highly recommend to any pet parent! 🐶💛

I never had a good boarding experience with this kennel. My two fully vaccinated dogs alway come home with kennel cough or/ and skinny after more than a couple days. While they say it is unavoidable and affects most boarding kennels, I know quite a number of examples where dogs don't contract anything. Plus my recent experience left me questioning this facility 's standards- after not using them for 2 years I have not being asked whether my two fogs are up to date with vaccinations! Not surprised that the infection is thriving there. Multiple times food boxes are not returned/ collars lost and never an apology. Charges quoted are always seem to be lower than the final bill despite sticking to pick up times. When questioned, they get very defensive and again don't offer much of an apology let alone to honor the quoted price. They are great at self promotion and cute face book photos though- which don't reflect the reality much. Disappointing

The best team here and fully recommend to furby lovers. Our honey ball Bailey had an intro day on Friday and he was in Doggy Heaven! He is part of the Retirement Village pack and this is suited to him perfectly. He also got a Welcome to the Pack with a sterling report card and some treats too for being a good boy. This is a very interactive and friendly environment and well organised and supportive of the wide cross section of dog personalities, ages and needs. So excited that our dog can do what a dog does! It’s great for mental health (exploring, walks and play) as well as social skills. We have been impressed right from the first phone call and this has been a life changing experience for our precious family member. He is currently spending a week boarding and getting into routine. Kudos to the team for keeping owners updated with photos of every single furby (including the Cattery and other furbies there too). It’s really comforting to see their happy faces while they are home away from home - great pics! If your fur baby is on meds that is also done. Thank you so very much for taking care of our boy - the hardest part is picking him up and taking him home!

We left Cashew here whilst away on holiday. We loved the daily updates. Cashew was so well cared for and looked like she enjoyed her stay. We even leave her for daycare and adventure walks.

Our Dog Kai absolutely loves PAWSS and so do we, you cannot go wrong leaving your pet with them. The staff are absolutely amazing, they care for your pet as you do at home. Thanks to all the team, Kai will miss you guys so much, we will be sure to bring him back for a visit.
