Purradise is the most beautiful cattery I’ve been in. The solo rooms are spacious, two level, have windows that can open slightly for fresh air, and views of the bush, and inside views of other cats. My elderly cat was booked to stay for three months and Kirsten worked with me to help prepare for his possible health complications. At the last minute a pet sitter appeared who could look after him in my home, and Kirsten was kind, gracious and refused my offer of koha in light of inconvenience. It was a truly supportive and positive experience.

I made a reservation on the morning of the same day, and the owner of this cattery gratefully accepted it. When I choose a cattery, I check the facilities for cats rather than the kindness they treat me. However, the owner is friendly and warm to me and has nice facilities for the cat I want. When I enter, it's safe with a double door, there's no smell, and there's music for cats. Cats can see the bush from the window and the light through the window is great. There was a lot of vertical space for cats, lots of cat toys, water in the form of a fountain, and cat litter was clean. What surprised me the most was that each cat's photo, name, and details were written on A4 paper. This shows how professionally they take care of cats. After seeing the conditions and facilities of the cats living here, I was able to focus on my work without worrying about my cat. Now I have become a loyal customer of this store. Now I have become a loyal customer of this cattery. This is truly a PARADISE for CATS. (For Korean, 제가 다른 cattery 2군데를 다녀봤는데 여긴 정말 다 갖췄습니다. 주인이 정말 친철하고 착하고 커뮤니케이션이 빠르고 시설이나 관리상태가 고양이 천국입니다. 고양이에게 발리 휴가 보내준거랑 비슷하다고 보시면 됩니다. 저도 west에 사는데 관리해주는 것이나 시설이 저희 집보다 더 좋습니다)

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, safe, and loving place to leave your furbaby, then can’t recommend Kirsten enough! My gal has been here heaps over the years, first couple times was hard when I’d leave her, on me not her lol. But Kirsten so genuinely cares, It’s obvious she is so passionate about animals and goes above and beyond to ensure every pet feels at home. She treats the furbabies in her care like family.. The cattery is awesome, with lots things for your furbaby to do, or not do if they prefer to hide away, like my girl, which is another thing I love as my girl is really shy. I super love the updates and photos that get sent while Im away. Thank you Kirsten for the super awesome care you give Jackie Jams (her new nickname name 😂), and Tom for your photography talents.

We just moved to Christchurch, and Kirsten took care of our boy for 18 days. We received weekly updates from her, and she took great care of him throughout. She made a stressful situation much easier, and we could not recommend Purradise enough. Thank you!

Kirsten and her son Tom were absolutely amazing for our needs, 3 weeks before Christmas and we had too much on already with work and a sibling cat being very unwell at the same time with newly diagnosed Hyperthyroidism, so we made the very hard decision to get our 13 yr old boy Charlie in to stay with the team at Purradise Manor, along with his cone and eye meds. Absolute lifesavers! We got updates on his progress and he featured in the weekly photo bomb they do too on Facebook too, here he is in his cone! Thanks so much folks you're incredible and we will definitely use your amazing services again. Merry Christmas 🎅
