We have had the best experience with Te Amo Kennels, Sam looks after our girls like they're her own. We know they are safe, loved and have a great doggie holiday every time we book them in. Sam is also an amazing photographer, our favorite photos of our girls have come from Sam. I highly recommend Sam and Te Amo Kennels if you want your dogs to have a fantastic stay.

I have a German shepherd, who’s not your average dog. After calling Te Amo kennels sam reinsured me there was plenty of space and I just needed to fill in the new dog form. I did this and sent it back that day. It took them over 5 days to respond and they knew I was flying out of the country the following week. Well I was hoping too. I was finally emailed, declined saying they had no space. And when I rang up to say that the date was just a suggestion I can be very flexible. I was then put on the phone with some girl who clearly had no idea what she was saying. And obvious that it wasn’t because they were full but because they don’t like working line German shepherds. Te Amo kennels, this rating was done because management lie. Not sure why being honest was so difficult. Possibly good dog walkers but very Poor management. Thanks Ash Parker

I emailed Te Amo Kennels to see if there were any vacancies for my dog. No response so I called them the following day and was told yes there were available spots for the dates I wanted and was requested to fill in the application form, which I did. Their website also said those dates were available. I later got a reply saying they were fully booked! Waste of my time. Poor Service!!!!

Love that this place only takes 12 dogs at a time. Sam and her daughter are great caregivers, good communicators and great for a chat. Our Dobermann boy is always well looked after Herr and comes back happy!
