These guys are awesome. My first ever visit I bought my absolutely terrified foster dog Moo in for a check and then again for a microchip, they were so patient with her and worked around her. I warned them she was timid so they adapted their handling of her and worked with me to get what we needed. They scatter fed some treats within the consult room to get her comfortable, slowly she came to trust them and even took treats from them directly (huge win for us!) They booked out a big slot for our appointment so they could take their time with her - they even managed to get a urine sample via needle which was such a win! For the microchipping they used gentle handling and encouragement in the form of licky treats and Moo hardly even realised the big needle went in. We saw a few different vets and vet nurses and they were all fantastic. Definitely using these guys again.

Dr Sophie came to our house to put our beautiful Milo to sleep. We were extremely emotional but she was calm, kind, professional and very patient. She explained the process very well and gave us options from start to finish. A difficult day was handled with so much care. Thank you Dr Sophie.

Great service, super kind to our cat and very thorough, explained everything well and received a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. Was our first visit, I will definately be using them in the future if we need a vet, highly recommend 🙂

We were sending my son's cat over to Melbourne recently and there was some confusion with the NZ Government MPI form required as vet had ticked the wrong box. Luckily Karen, the manager was there on Monday morning and knew the process for pets getting into Australia, so she saved the day and Scooter flew out as scheduled. If you're relocating and taking your pets overseas just make sure the documentation's correct and no photos for copies or you could have issues with customs when your pet arrives in Oz.

If i could, i would rate them -5. Worse vet experience I have had in 30 years of having a dog, I took my dog here for a 2nd opinion. To cut the story short, I got given the choice of an operation of $5k or putting her down there and then. I didn't want to make that decision at this very moment. Zo took her home within 30min of being home. The SPCA came along because they had received a complaint from this veterinary hospital for serious abuse and neglect of my dog. I found this very inappropriate and degrading and disrespectful, there I put the welfare of my dog before my own. I don't like others to have to experience the same as I did.
