The team at ARC Central were fantastic. They removed our baby girl, Judy's, gallbladder. From the first appointment, we knew she was great hands. They explained exactly what they needed to do and executed the operation with such precision and care. Judy spent 2 nights in their care and we received regular updates from Ruth on how the operation went and how Judy was doing. When she was discharged, we received a detailed report on what we needed to do and what medication Judy needed to take. A week later we got a call from Ruth explaining the findings of her angry gallbladder and since then they have followed up regarding her recovery. Judy has recovered fully and is back to her old self and eating well. Thank you to all the staff at ARC Central for looking after our precious princess.

The job done by ARC Central, esp Dr. Georgina and team was amazing. They gave my bby Raja another life. I am out of Auckland and was sent for MRI on Raja's back. Within few hours i was informed will need surgery on his spine and it was done same day after my approval. I had to leave Raja in good hands of the team and return home. During those few days I was getting calls everyday morning and evening getting updates on Raja. Even Raja made friends with nurses. Thanks alot for all your hard work.

ARC vets were absolutely incredible in helping save our little ginger cat Jones. He was hit by a car and in a very bad way, after settling him and doing thorough testing they were able to operate and amputate his rear leg. Thank you so much to all of you at ARC vets, your professionalism, communication and care was absolutely outstanding and we were very happy to have him with you in such a clean and well equipped facility. We are so happy to have him back home and on the mend! Thank you!

ARC saved our dog Lolly’s life! 💛 We love her so much and honestly can’t thank the amazing team at ARC enough. Every single person who cared for her was incredible, so gentle, so skilled, and so kind to us when we were falling apart with worry about our Lolly-Girl. She’s home, happy, and recovering and we’ll be forever grateful. If your pet ever needs care, I 100% recommend ARC.

I was overseas when my beautiful cat Zeus went into heart failure. Dr Felix was incredible by keeping up to speed with Zeus’s health in a clear and kind way which allowed me to make the best decisions for Zeusy. I was a long way away but I know that Zeusy was getting the exact love and care he would have got if I had been there and that was a huge comfort. When I arrived at the hospital, Zeus was just chilling - he was so relaxed he was even curled up in a kitty litter box which is what he does at home too. I cannot recommend ARC Central enough.
