CareVets Oratia is a general small-animal veterinary clinic on West Coast Road in Oratia, West Auckland, part of the national CareVets group. It runs standard weekday hours (Mon-Fri, closed weekends) and refers emergencies to the separate Western After Hours clinic rather than handling urgent care itself.

We only went to Oratia Care Vet because our regular vet couldn’t fit us in, but I’m so glad we did! The receptionist and nurse were incredibly friendly, and Dr. Denita was so gentle and patient with our little dog, who can get quite nervous. It was clear she truly cares. We left feeling relieved, happy, and confident that our dog was in the best hands. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend this wonderful team!

My sweet boy was very well looked after during his recent dental procedure. All the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating :-)

Amazing experience , my pup was well taken care of from the team. The after care instructions printed out with his meds put into a custom bag for him. Its the little extra things that make all the difference. Compared to other vets this place is top tier ! We will be coming here from now on 🩷

Rude/blunt/pushy/judgy with hoomans-- Luckily though was only over the phone! ***Guessing they're probably great with animals BUT I won't be trying them a 2nd time let alone a first to find out to be honest with you chat*** Genuinely can Highly recommend the folks 6mins up the road at henderson valley vets however! 11/10 Best vets/team/staff/educators that I've found since good Old Bruce on titirangi rd. R.I.P (IYKYK)-honest and animals prioritized over profit💙
