Wonderful service, fast communication via email and booking over the phone. Made my young boy (5 month old kitten) feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and upon pick up from his neuter surgery. Very please with the aftercare check up, too. Thank you team. ☺️

took the dog to them yesterday and were given some medication which requires us to cut into half. didn't realise the tablets were so tiny, and was impossible to cut without crumbling into nothing. this morning, i rang them up and ask if they could cut them for us, the young woman who answered the phone told me to go to $2 shop to buy the pill cutter, and then said they can cut them for us. when asked why they didn't do that yesterday when the pills were given. She got edgy and accused me of being RUDE, i was flagbbergasted! i asked her how was I rude, she just said she would hang the phone up. it appears that you cannot ask them questions, cannot question them, they think they are God, and you have to meekly accept everything they said without any questions. what lousy attitude, and such poor behaviour. having said that the 2 vet nurses were very very helpful, an oldler lady and an Indian man, perhaps this rude young woman can learn some customer service from those two. Very disappointed.

Unempathetic. Doesn't explain anything thoroughly despite asking clarifying questions. Goes straight to wanting to provide a quick fix so they can increase their fee, without providing costs then makes you feel like you're being cruel to your animals. Fails to take into account the full picture of the pet, doesn't consider factors individual to the pet that only the owners know.

Had to visit Care Vets in a rush due to my dog having a seizure. They were super quick with seeing us and assisting with Diego. They are knowledgeable and caring vets, they have a genuine love for animals and it shows. They will be our new vet moving forward.

Super easy and friendly staff. My cat Simba was purring during her general check up so must be a good sign the vets love what they do :) Will be back again!
