Awesome vets. Helped us look after our fur baby and his untimely passing. Thanks for all your help in the hardest of times

This Vet practice was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad I booked my dog's surgery here. Firstly the staff are friendly and inviting so I felt like I had been a client there for ages. My dog had major dental issues and Dr Samantha Eaton was so nice, and explained my options regarding his surgery, even capping costs at a certain amount so I felt like I could cope with the financial side of this type of procedure. The results were amazing and with two complimentary follow up appointments I found the whole experience to be stress free, transparent and I will definitely be back for future vaccines and treatments for my cat and dog. Special mention to the reception staff, and Auriel, and Carmela for their follow up.

A very bad experience. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience at your clinic. This clinic is very close to my home, and I have previously brought my own dog here for check-ups. However, after what happened today, I will not be returning. Earlier today, I found an injured pigeon at my workplace. One of its legs was hurt, and it was extremely thin and weak. I did not want it to be attacked or killed by cats, so I decided to bring it to your clinic in hopes that it could receive proper medical attention. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, I immediately felt a strong sense of disdain and impatience from her, as if I was wasting their time by bringing in a pigeon. Eventually, I managed to speak to a doctor who was on break. She gave the pigeon some cat food, which I found strange and questionable as a form of treatment. However, since she is a veterinarian, I felt I had no choice but to trust her professional judgment. The clinic made it clear that they had no intention of keeping the pigeon or providing any medication or wound treatment. I was left with no option but to take the pigeon away. To my shock, as I was leaving, the receptionist asked me to pay a consultation fee of 50 dollars. I was truly stunned. This was not even my pet—I simply wanted to help an injured animal in need. What I encountered was not only unprofessional treatment, but also a cold and dismissive attitude. I find it deeply troubling that staff at a veterinary clinic could show such indifference and lack of responsibility toward an injured animal. That evening, the pigeon died. I did not know what medication to give it or what proper food it needed. All I could do was watch it pass away. It was a very painful experience. I am sharing this in the hope that others will be aware of the attitude and standards of care at this clinic. If you have pets, I believe you can understand how important professionalism and compassion are in veterinary care. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise reconsidering before choosing this clinic. I certainly will not be bringing my pet here again.

Excellent care of my skittish baby at Greenlane. I was worried about leaving our precious at a cattery after a previously disappointing experience at another cattery where he ended up losing weight. The care provided by the team at Greenlane to both my cat and his worried mum (me) was excellent. Pumpkin is an spca special and is skittish around other humans. They had everything in hand and reassured us. They had strategies in place should he not adjust. And I left very reassured. He was good when we collected him and settled back to his routine within the day.
