10/10 customer service 10/10 would recommend to ANY family and friends who need fast urgent help. However they do not offer payment plans, I find using their finance service helped me out a lot and the payments are way easier. I also got a quote within a couple hours. I love the attentive care they gave my boy as he’s known for being aggressive but he was an absolute angel when he came back. Thanks to Megan and Rachel heaps for the help. And the receptionist at the time providing unlimited treats we adore you! Thanks again and the aftercare is just as amazing!!

Shout out to Nicole for making our new cat's vaccination such an easy and stress-free experience. We've always taken our pets to Henderson Vets over the years dating right back to the early days when Brett was the owner. Brett was always fantastic with our animals, so really pleased to find that same experience with Nicole now we've got a furry addition to our family again. Highly recommend Nicole for looking after your fur-baby.

Thank you so much Team for looking after my girl Mixey on Monday 16th yous have really helped her and as a stressed but anxious mummy I was so nervous for my lil fur baby cat as I had to drop her off so they can do what is needed and I prayed all the way home making sure she comes back home to me but in the safety of the staff thank you for looking after my girl mixey and reassured me in all the right ways 🥺😊 Thank you now she’s back to being annoying haha

I highly recommend this clinic! Our senior dog “Suppy” spent his final moments here recently. The entire team (Megan, Nicole, Rachel, Katie, Ashleigh, Natasha, Emily, and others) is not only exceptionally professional but also shows such profound respect for life and compassion for pet owners.
