Excellent. I rang with concerns about an unowned young cat l'm looking after (& that has recently given birth) & the practice manager offered an appointment for 10 minutes later. The attending vet was calm, patient & gentle with the scared cat during examination & clear in her explanations to me afterwards re treatment, meds & options. Checkout & payment were handled efficiently & email follow-up was prompt. Overall an entirely positive experience & l'll happily use this clinic again (& as a former vet nurse l'd happily to work with this team 😀)

I’d like to leave a very positive review for Dr. Kirsty-Anne Holtzhausen. She examined my cat very carefully and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was patient, thorough, and attentive throughout the visit. My cat felt calm and comfortable with her, which meant a lot to me. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism she showed. I will definitely stay in touch with her if any issues come up. I also accidentally left my mobile phone at reception, and the team kindly called my husband right after I left to let him know. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and quick action

Hi my small dog was vaccinated recently attended by Kirsty the vet at Pet Doctors Howick. During the standard examination, it was recommended that she have a loose tooth removed. This occurred on 11 May where she also had to have further teeth extracted. She is nearly 12 years old so there was always an underlying fear that she may not fare so well. However, Kirsty, the vet was very reassuring and kept me updated during the op. Kirsty also fully explained what the next steps were for Missy's aftercare at pickup time. I was so impressed with her caring attitude. Missy has picked up nicely and is back to eating normally, albeit soft food, and of course couldn't wait to visit her doggy friends and humans this morning at the local coffee shop. Thank you so much for your fantastic service Kirsty. You are a credit to Pet Doctors Howick. I also thought that the charges were very reasonable.
