I went to the vet today for my puppy Prince his first visit and vaccine and honestly the whole team was loving I had to go drop my son at school so they loved on my puppy while I was gone everyone gave him treats and cuddles and while he got his vaccine Dr. Alexis gave him a lickmat to enjoy so he didn’t even flinch I love the fact they were so loving to him and making his first vet impression a loving one !! Thankyou Pet Doctors west harbour!!

I have done my fair share of research when looking for a vet and I am confident to say that I trust this vet with my pet! They have an amazing team, a lovely receptionist and the nurses and doctors are super informative and friendly!

Honestly I'm so so impressed with my latest visit. Zuko is usually a little anxious at the vets (we have been going here for 3 years) and it was his first visit with Dr Alexis. It was the calmest I've seen him, I was impressed with how Dr Alexis did his observations and all of his manner with Zuko plus his explanation of what he concluded. To top it off the others came out to say hello to Zuko and he was so happy and excited to see them, when normally hes not fussed over people. It was such an overall happy visit for both of us and I'm really impressed. Also! Dr Alexis called us a few days later to check how we were doing!

Pet doctors Westharbour are awesome ! Franke and Cooper saw Alexis , he was a great very, very gentle and understanding. Franke loved him and Cooper even though she is nervous in a vet clinic environment managed to trust Alexis. The team behind the counter were lovely too, overall a great experience.
