My cat was sick diagnosed with kidney infection so wanting blood test to be done and IV fluids was suggested by ARC central but since Remuera hospital was closest to me I took my cat here. Paid $509 for blood test and consultation and Rachel told me to put my cat down no point in treating her. Noways going to go back not worth it. I have admitted my cat back to ARC vets and the specialist there ‘Jessica’ is amazing my cat is eating now after 4 days. I recommend you’ll to go to Jessica at ARC central if your cat is really sick. They can be expensive but worth it!

We took our dog to this vet for an ear infection and the initial visit cost us $345, including the ear drops. Everything went fine at that stage and the vet care itself was good. We had about two days left of the medication when i accidentally knocked the bottle off the bench and lost some of it, so we couldn’t finish the full course. We called the vet first thing in the morning to get a replacement and were told they would text us when it was ready. That text never came that day. We followed up and were told they had an emergency and were too busy, which we understood, so we called again the next day. When we finally got the replacement drops, we were charged over $100 for just 10 ml of liquid. This felt extremely expensive, especially considering we had already paid for the treatment and were only replacing a small amount needed to complete the course. Overall, great vet care, but the pricing feels overly expensive and pretty ridiculous cost for a small amount of liquid. Wont be coming back.

They took such great care of our special foster pup when he was in for his desexing. Talked through the extra risks (with his existing health conditions) and were so reassuring. Definitely recommended!!

We were 7 minutes late (our fault), but were turned away with no flexibility. We’d tried calling ahead but couldn’t get through. The receptionist offered no explanation or empathy - just a flat refusal and rebook. We were about to spend a decent amount on a dental scale and clean, but this experience has put us off enough to never return. Good customer service can go a long way.

That was the first time I took my new kitten to the vet for an early vaccination. Judging from my past experience with a different vet clinic I felt that attending physician (it was Mark on that day) wasn’t really interested in investigating the potential problem with my Ninja and overall left the impression of trying to close our encounter as soon as possible despite us being the only patients in that early hour. I’m going to update my review after the second visit to this clinic, but that’s my impression so far 🤷♂️
