Being promptly told to wait outside at appointment time by receptionist well others are seen to first in the waiting room. Was the worst experience ever since being a client here, i feel I'm always being judged differently because of my culture.

I can’t recommend the kindness of the team at Shore Vets enough. We have two dogs who visit (unfortunately) somewhat frequently, and all the staff treat the dogs as if they were their own. When we’ve needed lab test and reports, Neil, Tania and Amy have called us to deliver the news and have acted with compassion when they haven’t been the best results. This team is incredible

A dog will be afraid of the vet the same way our kids are afraid of the Dentist. This is NOT vet specific but a result of how dogs and humans are in any situation that involves physical examination. With this thought in mind; the team at Shore Vets go out of their way to insure my four leggers are comfortable and happy with every visit. My kids do not get unwanted care but get complete attention. Tania and Niel both jumped up to the plate and helped us when tragedy struck last October . They were there for us after the event to insure our other little dog was coping as well; and two devastated adults. Niel has gone above and beyond with dropping insulin to our home when we could not make it to the clinic with in hours and then just this morning arriving outside his shift to see our newest addition who is sick. His effort to meet our inability to keep with in clinic hours has endeared him to both of us. We need service and professionalism like Shore Vets here in Devonport. We count ourselves lucky to live on the peninsula; where my pets and the two us have peace of mind because of services such as Shore Vets.
