After having a really bad experience with our previous vet, we took Dennis our cat in for his annual check with Dr Danielle. I explained previous vet visit and that Dennis wud be anxious. Dr Danielle took over managed to get him out of the cage without to much drama and managed to examine Dennis without him jumping off the table to find a corner to hide in. She also managed the annual shot which we weren't able to do last year. Throughout Dr Danielle was calm gentle and in totally control for the visit. Now not sure why we didn't come here previously... Well I do actually it was hard trying to get an appointment 😊 must be becos they are so good here. Receptionist was also very friendly and welcome going in and leaving. Will make sure that we book early to ensure Dennis is seen here again next year. Thanks Dr Danielle and Swanson Ed Vet for a hugely positive vet experience.

Amazing surgery . Best vets in the West ! They look after our little Baxter with genuine love and care . I wouldn’t take him anywhere else .Thankyou Dr Mac and the whole team for your skill and attention yesterday when he had his bladder stones removed . Ouch 🤕

We had a wonderful experience here. The doctor(especially Hamish) takes amazing care of our dog and treats him with so much attention and kindness. You can genuinely see how much they care about the animals they look after. The service from the entire team is extraordinary — friendly, professional, and always helpful. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our dog is in such good hands. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner! 🐾

I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my beloved elderly cat. The entire team was absolutely wonderful and made a hard experience much easier to bear. The staff were compassionate and caring, while also clearly and honestly explaining what would happen and how the process would unfold. Overall, I am deeply grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism the team showed. Highly recommend.
