I can’t recommend True Vets enough. From the moment you walk in, the team is incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely caring. They have such a calm and reassuring approach that instantly puts your mind at ease something that means everything when you’re worried about your pet. I actually made the switch to True Vets after having a not-so-great experience elsewhere, and it was honestly the best decision. The difference was night and day. The staff take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Since coming here, I’ve never once considered going anywhere else. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and their owners, and that level of compassion is hard to find.

I’m very grateful for the care Dr. Nicole Dexter showed Mochi during our appointment. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly gentle, which really helped Mochi stay comfortable. We’ve been coming to this clinic since Mochi was just 4–5 months old, and now he’s 2 years and 7 months old. We also bring our other cat here, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff are always kind and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Amazing as always!!! My 3 x dogs are regulars at True Vets Ormiston & are all “special needs” patients. The whole team are wonderful! Everyone is always kind, patient, friendly & so loving with all of the pets, even our little one that turns into a Tasmanian Devil when he’s not happy about something. We are grateful to the whole team for the wonderful care & advice!

This vet is truly the best vet clinic. They offer incredible care and are so supportive during the hard times. Dr Nicole Dexter is the most kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable vet.
