Family-run kennels and cattery on Jessons Road in semi-rural Harewood, near Christchurch Airport. Daycare runs on grass yards with regular, casual and multi-day pack rates, while dog and cat boarding operate year-round with check-in windows seven days a week (boarding is quoted on request). Pet transport and travel-crate services are also available.

Highly recommend this business. I engaged them to get my dog from Christchurch to Sydney. The process on my end, felt smooth and easy and it all fell into place. The communication was calm and effective with Matt and Yo and I received alternative options to consider.I imagine the experience was relatively chill for my dog too (as much as it can be considering she was on a plane!) as she bounced back to her normal self within the hour of picking her. 😊 I will use Donquest again if I am ever back in Chch. My dog Flo spent the Easter weekend at Donquest. She recently had emergency bowel surgery and was still in recovery mode ( restricted exercise and diet) so I was an anxious "dog Mum". However the Donquest team were superb - reassuring and super competent, and as usual I collected a very well looked after dog. Thanks team. Love this place and these people. They love what they do, our dog loves his DQ days. He had his first kennel sleep over and we will absolutely do it again. The team care, they love their jobs and four legged clients. Highly recommend.

The team take excellent care of our girl in daycare and kenneling! They are attentive to medication requirements and food habits, along with seeing her little personality and what environment suits her. Our girl absolutely loves going to Donquest!
