My girl Lily has been going to Everything Dog since they started and she loves it! They have great, purpose built facilities (including large outdoor spaces, which a lot of other daycares don’t), friendly and dog-loving staff, and low dog to staff ratios. They do so many different enrichment activities for the dogs, and make sure your dog is in the correct grouping for their temperament. We love ED! (The photos are screenshots of the videos/photos they post to the parents’ page so aren’t great quality sorry!)

As a previous review stated "the groomer may have been having a bad day." It may or may not have been the same one we had but either way I would suggest more then a bad day. I am not convinced this was a competent groomer. My mum has been taking her dog here for years to an excellent groomer called Neil who was amazing with him. When she took her dog in December she was told Neil no longer works there, but because she has been going there for so long she trusted they would have other groomers that would also do an excellent job. This place had a management change not too long ago and someone called Victoria (who is not even listed on their website but Neil still is when I checked on the 21st of Jan) did the dogs groom. He is a cockapoo and came back to us with his whole face shaved, whiskers, eyebrows, everything. He was unrecognisable. He has been super depressed ever since. Id like to know how she managed to shave his face as we still cant touch it without him flinching and growling. Almost 5 weeks later his whiskers are just starting to grow again. Had a few emails back and forward with the owner, they refused to speak to me on behalf of my mum as she's a bit sick at the moment and said this matter was dealt with in December and as far as they're concerned its closed. Yes there was a complaint in December when it happened and the refund was refused but I was overseas and got back Jan 19th. When I saw the dog who is the highlight of my trip home my heart sank and they needed to know that what they did was unacceptable and to at least not have my mums money in their bank account! They refused to refund and didnt even apologise. An apology and ownership of what they did would have gone a long way. I still cant get my head around what that groomer did. If you went to a hairdresser and asked for a bit of a trim and they pulled out clippers and shaved your entire head this would be an outrage but atleast as humans we can stop them! This poor dog had no way to stop this. Disgusting.

My dog Ziggy has been very anxious with previous groomers. The team at everything dog listened to my concerns, took the time to make him comfortable and reduced his anxiety. They are also willing to work with him to overcome his anxiety which I couldn’t be happier with. Thank you so much for your care, time and consideration.

My Girl was there since last Year February for her grooming every 6 Weeks, and last Week I have been told that they want her not groom anymore. I know Border Collies are a bit different to groom, especially when they doesn't want to be touched. They told me they had to muzzle her, which was never necessary before. I am pretty sure something happened,or even the Groomer had a bad Day. On the Website you can find there Slogan...any Dog can be groomed and any Temperament. Sounds like a Joke for me. I am very disappointed.
