We recently used lucky dog and we couldn’t be happier. Staff were polite and very helpful when we went for a look initially and we knew at that moment we had definitely found the perfect care provider for our furry family members. Drop off was easy and we loved seeing the pics whilst away. Our furry family were happy at pick up and we knew they had enjoyed a break as much as we had. We will definitely be back. Great facilities, yards impeccable and clean housing and just a terrific set up. Awesome for us to know while away we have the perfect place for our guys to call home.

We were very nervous about leaving our anxiety prone dog in a kennel for the first time, but she seems to have had a great time and did really well. The staff said she played with the other dogs and was just fine, which is a big relief for us. We will definitely use Lucky Dog again!

Lucky Dog looked after my two labradors for a number of months while we were relocating internationally. They did such a fantastic job looking after them and were always so proactive in communication, helping to arrange any vet appointments required for their relocation, and ensured they had so much fun while away from us. Emily and the team were fantastic and I am very grateful for how well they looked after our boys. I can highly recommend Lucky Dog

I was quite worried about leaving my new to me 7mth old Beardie x pup at kennels due to her reactive behaviour around new situations other dogs and people she doesn't know. I had been told that Lucky Dog was good so called and chatted to one of the ladies about my concerns .. she reassured me that they would be able to manage her. Sadie was absolutely fine and came home her usual bouncy self. We are working on Sadie's behavioural issues and she gets better every day so Lucky Dog Kennels built my confidence with her as well. All together a very good experience. Thank you so much. Denny and Sadie
