Best Vet i can recommend. I had to put down my 15 year old cat Ava today,was devastated but they gave me the best possible process. I had a little room to grieve away from other happy pet owners,then when time came to pass with my darling cat they gave us space to cuddle and say goodbye. Then one of the nurses walked out to my car and gave me a hug. That ment the world to me as I lost my best friend of 15 years. So much compassion. I have taken a few animals here (mainly birds) and the level of care is above and beyond. Wether im saying goodbye to a chicken or a cat the level of care is consistent and extremly compassionate. They are upfront with vet costs and your not left in the dark about what you are actually paying for, regarding the procedures. I cannot rate these guys enough. The fact they take a genuine interest in wild birds in need with a drop off is also so amazing. They will allways be my go to. Wonderful caring staff and down to earth service when it matters the most. Thanks so much team. 5 stars plus another 5

Was disappointed to drive across town as I heard this vet did a free service for wild birds. Our bird had fallen due to it hitting the house and injuring its wing. Wasn't able to fly far without landing in our stream or the ground. Handled it safely in the box to get its wing looked at. Nice service having the staff member come out to take our bird off my hands but they opened the box carelessly letting it fly off and plummet behind the vets. Pretty upsetting and no effort made to apologise. If I knew this I would have hung onto our bird to look after it.

I love this team . They took my cat in with a leg cut even tho they were booked solid. My normal vet wouldn't take her in for the same reason. ABH saw my distress and jumped into action. Long story short my sweetheart recovered after 10 days then stitches out. I won't go anywhere else . The team reacted perfectly. Thanks Team.

Took an injured wax eye into the clinic and they looked at it immediately, and treated it. Was able to take the bird home to release it. Lovely, kind staff, and very efficient. Would highly recommend the Animal and Bird Hospital!
