My 6 year old German Shepherd had his first ever sedation with Dr Louise McInnes, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better vet. Her patience and calming manner really helped two anxious guys get through the process much more easily. Aslo the same to the front staff Thank you so much

After an unpleasant experience at a Rangiora vet we we're told about Marshall & Pringle, and decided to give them a go. We've been bringing our cats here for the past 4 years or so, and couldn't be happier. The staff are all wonderful & friendly, and the care our fluffies have been shown is second to none. Totally recommended!

Very friendly, and unlike others, don't talk to you with an air of superiority, always making you feel like you've been sold something. These guys have put down two of my pets and are so empathetic, and in testing my Rotty the first of the medicine was considerably cheaper than my last vet.

It's questionable about the point of leaving a review for this vet. As there's now no doubt that unless they get a review that is favourable to them, they'll simply report it to get it removed. That's a pretty irresponsible and despicable thing to do as it completely defeats the very purpose of writing a review. But that is what's been happening. Over almost six weeks with multiple visits and different staff they finally misdiagnosed our family cat with tooth problems and it wasn't until we took it to Paws vets in Woodend that we found he had to be put down immediately due to failed kidneys. Marshal and Pringle are an incompetent business who couldn't see a seriously ill cat in pain even when it's directly in front of them on multiple occasions. You take your pets there at your own risk.

Ar Marshall and Pringle you pets are treated as one of the family. Our dog loves going there and loves all the staff. Couldn't ask for more than what they give. Our girl has a chronic condition and they have kept her alive and well.
