A big thank you to Dr. Lauren and the entire team for taking such great care of Luna today. We dropped her off at 8am and didn’t pick her up until nearly 8pm, so it was a long and stressful day for us as pet owners. Throughout the process, the team was incredibly professional, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Lauren took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed, and made sure Luna received the best possible care. It really meant a lot to know she was in such capable and compassionate hands. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the animals they treat, not just medically but emotionally as well. Luna is now home recovering, and we’re so grateful for the attention and effort that went into her treatment today. Thank you again for your dedication and kindness — we truly appreciate it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your clinic to others.

Very lovely and professional place. The building has dog waiting room and cat waiting room, vets are very caring and receptionist is amazing too. Felt warm and welcome.

Thoughtful and compassionate through a very difficult time last evening when we had our beautiful boy Toby, sent over the bridge (23/04) The care and compassion shown by the vet and nurses (you will know who you were), so comforting. My wife and I are eternally grateful at this emotional time. Unhurried and just so sweet and understanding. Thank you so much to all at McMaster and Heap.

We've been thoroughly satisfied with all the staff here. There is a calm and caring culture for all patients at a time when they and us (as owners) need it. Our cat began to get sick and we were given an honest and realistic diagnosis. The on going care was first rate and right up to his last visit we had no complaints at all. We would totally recommend McMaster and Heap

Very poor experience, one of the named owners gave me and my partner the impression of a total combined price for 3 procedures of $650. The invoice then came to $1440 due to them apparently misquoting these prices and additional unnecessary scans being done. Two of the staff including the named owner then claimed that they quoted $900-$1000 in what was either a blatant lie to cover up their mistakes or deliberate extortion by the owner. They then effectively ransomed our pet until we agreed to pay $1000. Highly recommend going elsewhere or ar least getting a written agreement of what is actually going to be done and pricing.
