Ronnie is more than happy to visit Ourvets Cranford Street. All staff are so lovely, gentle and knowledgeable and thanks to Heidi for her thoughtful help too. We are very lucky that the vets closest to our house are the best.

Recently joined this vet clinic and I’ve seen 2 vets who were fantastic with my super shy cats. Really good advice, the vet nurses are lovely and are so helpful with picking the right food and products. Normally it’s super stressful for my cats to see the vet but they were calm and happy. Best vet experience I’ve ever had. Thanks team ❤️

Vet is lovely and caring, when I asked about some costs on the bill the receptionist had no idea. The practice manager came out to talk. Spent the whole time trying to stare me out. $34 to put a tray of pills in a box and another $34 to put 5 pills into a bottle and print a sticker for each is just a rip off. No mention of this fee on the bill, just the units of pills and the price. $68 for a couple of minutes work. Lovely vet, shame about the rip off charges and the attitude of the practice manager. Customer service like a wet towel.
