We had to put our 16 year old pup to sleep today, which was an incredibly tough decision. She was having a very hard time walking and had no quality of life left. Abi at the vet clinic made the most awful day, as easy as was possible under the circumstances. She was calm, patient and comforting, we couldn't have hoped for a better way to send our pet off. Our normally happy dog became unwell on a Friday night during a trip to Christchurch. We phoned RVC on Saturday morning and they gave us an appointment for the same morning. Vet Bryn was friendly and gave Kina a very thorough yet gentle examination. He then explained his diagnosis and prescribed medication. As we are travelling for 2 months he also gave an extra dose in case the problem reoccurs. Highly recommend RVC as professional and caring vets.

Most AMAZING vet clinic i have ever been too. My am staff x recently needed to have her leg amputated. The staff, nurses EVERYONE who have worked with lex over the last few days, and us, I couldn't fault. I will keep bringing my pup to thus clinic. Thank you RVC for making sure my beautiful girl comes home again ❤️🔥
