Amazing people work here! Supportive, caring, understanding and gentle. These people care about what they do and it shows. We are very thankful for everything that was done for our cat in his final days. Great communication and time and effort didn't lack either. Thanks for everything once again! Definitely recommend.

My cat had diabetes. Jess was very kind. Then my cat got panleukopenia and I raced him in for 3pm only for him to be euthanised at 5pm. (These few hours cost nearly $800) Obviously I was very upset. That was one month ago yesterday and the vet emailed yesterday saying they'd missed something off my bill and now owe $268. I replied feeling shocked doing my best to cope with a big bill a month on. Today I sent a second email explaining my situation and got a reply saying they'd wiped the bill but was not allowed to go there again. I tried to call only for Angela to raise her voice and say they're not allowed to talk to me and slam the phone down. THIS IS ABSURD AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. They had thousands off me and I always paid when we left.i am allowed to be shocked by a big bill a month after. This shows me how fake you all are. I am not a criminal but you made me feel like one.i had already found a new vet but you have treated me like I have done something wrong. The only thing I did wrong was go to you in the first place.

We had our cat in for a few days with a blocked bladder. The service and dedication from the whole team was exceptional, especially the vet Jessica! Carefully explaining options, answer my dumb questions and following up with phone calls after he came home. All while appreciating the emotional state we were in. Enzo is still living a month later, thanks again!

One of the vets Jessica is incredible. Kept me super informed about the process, time and costs when my cat was unwell recently. Kept checking in throughout the entire process, super friendly, professional and caring. Have been going here for a few years now and always super friendly and reliable staff. Thanks guys!
