We cannot rate the care and skill exercised by Colin and his team highly enough. Our Ziggy went missing for 6 weeks. He was found after travelling 14kms and thankfully he was taken to Vetcall. He was emaciated and had injuries to his face and jaw. We received great advice on how to fatten him up and prepare him for surgery. He had a broken jaw which was degloved of gum. Colin performed a surgery to support his jaw to allow the bones to knit together. We got more excellent advice about how to care for him while he recovered. Hes made a full recovery and we can't thank Colin and the team enough. First photo - first day after being found Second photo - recovered from his surgery

Thank you Vetcall Team for your continuous guidance and support for me and Vega! You are all so wonderful, kind and empathetic! Vega loves visiting even though she's in pain and feels completely comfortable here as do I! Thank you so much for the referral for her surgery and for lending us your dog crate! I cant thank you enough for being so fabulous! ❤️

We have been taking our pets to Vetcall for around ten years. They are so thorough, patient and incredibly caring. I have 100% trust in them in caring for my babies and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Also, I noted a negative review about them not being good with larger dogs. This isn't true in my experience, we have two large dogs and they are fantastic with them despite one suffering terrible anxiety and the other being a boisterous clown (the clown in question also attended preschool at Vetcall which was fabulous).

I had to bring in my cat Bandit to be euthanzied suddenly tonight. Colin was so very kind to my family and Bandit during the hard decision to let him pass the rainbow bridge. Made the situation easier. Very thankful Bandit could pass peacefully

Have been taking my cat to Claire and Colin at vetcall for a few years now. I find them to be very thorough and caring veterinarians. The nurses here are super lovely as well. They do also offer afterpay as well as royal canin food bag and pouch recycling. Highly recommend this wonderful team!
