Came here for my ringneck parrot who was shaking and had a vitamin deficiency. The staff know there stuff ✨ Jose Doo went the extra mile even checking in every few days!!

I came in on Saturday for my cats eye and they were more than accommodating! Poor bloke hates the vets and car rides so it wasn’t a fun time for him but for once he was relatively behaved in the vets. Got home realised the gel for his eye wasn’t too much of an option as he’s a difficult boy and called up to get eye drops instead today and they happily accommodated that too. I can’t thank them enough for their help the past few days!!

My cat wasn't a patient at West Melton Vets, called on a Saturday and had her enrolled and an appointment by the Monday. Unfortunately over the coming weeks we had a few appointments and a surgery, but the whole team were absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish! Thanks Rachel and team for looking after Ash!

I was so lucky to find these lovely people.They have been fantastic from the first visit till the last, when I had to euthanize my buddy after 12 years. You feel like they actualy care about your loved furchild, not money, like most businesses now days. Definitely recommend the team, even if you're outside the area, I drove past two vets to get to them each visit for their great service.
