The service, staff, and care were exceptional and from our experience it would be hard to beat. Our daughter picked up a 6 week old kitten off the road and CareVets helped us in the process of making kitten our own.

A great experience! From making appointment to the 1wks follow up phonecall. Customer service was great for both I and my cats. Explaining all procedures and risk. Was notified when surgery was complete and their status. Great explaining re; medication and care following surgery. And a follow up call to discuss any issues. 100% my kind of people. The team at Horsham Downs CareVets always provide excellent service to my Chihuahua pup, even though he doesn't really enjoy being there they make him as comfortable as possible. We also attended puppy classes there with Jo who was very knowledgeable about the nature of different breeds and was able to share great tips for caring for my boy.
