I would like to formally complain about this establishment." "I arrived for what I believed was a pleasant outing with my human. Instead, I was deceived and taken to a place where strangers touched my ears, looked in my mouth, and discussed me while I was sitting right there." "The staff were annoyingly kind, offered treats, and told me I was a good boy, making it difficult to maintain my outrage." "As evidence of my suffering, please see Photo 1: the face of a dog who has just survived unspeakable horrors." "Photo 2 shows me recovering from the emotional damage with a well-earned nap." "Against my better judgement, I have made a full recovery and will probably return. However, I will be suspicious every time my human says we're 'just going for a ride.'" Rating: 5 stars for fixing me. Trust level: Absolutely not. Treat acceptance level: Maybe I suspect these are bribes Fergus 🐾

I am so happy to have been recommended Pet Drs Tristram. I have complete trust in the Team there from Receptionists, Nurses and Vets. I have felt nothing but understood, listened to and my dogs have been treated with the utmost care. The prices are not over the top and I am called for approval on any tests or queries. Communication is wonderful. Timely and informative. I transferred from my Vet of nearly 20 years as all these things were highly lacking! Pet Drs have well and truly restored my faith in the Vet Service.

First time and our Dog was in distress and pain. Professional compassionate understanding was immediate and he spent some time getting sorted - really good sound service with good info and opportunities to understand his needs. Super grateful we got in on Saturday too!

Pet Doctors’ care and expertise, and two big surgeries, meant that our dog got to live to 15.5 years! Today, we said goodbye to our little old gentleman, and both he and our family felt incredibly supported and cared for by very capable hands and gentle words. Thank you to all who were part of Google’s journey over the years. Here’s a photo of him from his last little sniff in the garden today 🐾
