Disappointing experience. I was very surprised to see that the vet appeared afraid of handling my pet cat. She kept a far distance from my cat during the examination, even though my cat showed completely normal behavior and was not aggressive at all. This is not something I would ever expect from a professional in a vet clinic. It was unbelievable and unacceptable. SUCH A JOKE! You should seriously reconsider your career choice! That said, the nurse was very helpful

We had to take our Boxer in after she got a deep bite in her throat by another dog. The attention she was given was really good and treatment options were clearly explained to us. She was expertly bandaged after the wound was cleaned, given a cone to wear and we left with antibiotics and pain-killer. I was impressed how well the bandage stayed put the rest of the weekend and the wound looked good when our usual vet removed the bandage on Monday morning, ready for surgery to stitch her up.

Their charges are out the gate!! My cat was at Te Rapa vets for 3 days and 2 nights and the bill was $800. It was a long weekend so they were closing Sunday and Monday, The bill for 1.5 days at this vet was nearly $3500!! I wish another vet would drive this one into the ground.

We had to have our cat put down on boxing day. The staff were absolutely amazing, so caring and you could tell they truly love animals. They also took a stamp of her paw prints and gave us 3 cards with them on for free. I hope we don't have to go back but if we do we would absolutely choose to go here.

Nothing but professional, compassionate, experienced staff. Our fur babies treatment was of the highest quality along with indepth record keeping. This practice is highly recommended.
