The property is immaculate and inviting...lucky dogs who get to holiday here! My whippet and papillon are always clean, happy and healthy when I collect them. The staff are friendly and get to know your dog(s) and let you know how they got on. I've used many boarding kennels over the years and was often unimpressed. Ripponvale is exceptional!

We have recently moved to Cromwell and are very impressed with the kennels here. Our dog is excited to go in every time. The facilities are very clean and our dog comes back smelling so much better than the kennels we used in Wellington. I'd be happy to recommend this place to a friend.

Our large but precious parcel had a lengthy stay at Ripponvale and was treated like a King. Lisa and her team were amazing at catering to his every need and he has returned home a happy Chappy. We would not hesitate in leaving him in their caring hands again!

Our cat can get quite stressed being away from home, but the team at Ripponvale did a great job caring for him and giving him his meds twice daily(which can be a challenge). He seemed very contented on pickup and settled quickly back into his routine at home giving us lots of extra cuddle time. Highly recommend their retreat.

Our pooch has visited Ripponvale for years, both for short stays and longer periods. She has always been well looked after and seems happy to return. I have no issue leaving her there and trust she is in best care possible. Thank you.
