Remarkable Vets runs a companion-animal and equine practice from its Arrowtown clinic on Malaghans Road (with a sister clinic in Frankton). It covers routine consults through surgery, dentistry and ultrasound imaging, and offers emergency care outside regular hours.

We booked our dog in for the required 4 hour trial before boarding. In less than 45 minutes they rang and said we needed to pick her up as she was anxious as indicated by pacing and whining. Apparently if your dog doesn’t adjust instantly it’s not welcome. Our dog has been boarded before with no problems in other kennels. Don’t waste your time. Guessing since they don’t have any competition they don’t want to do much. Glad we have great local kennels where we live so don’t need to rely on them.

I can’t express how grateful my wife and I are to everyone at this practice. How they treated us, and how they cared for our old dog, Bean, when sadly she had to leave us was lovely, thank you. It was very short notice but they made every effort to accomodate our needs, and respectfully look after our loved little girl. She had a good life and she was allowed to leave with care and with her family around her.

I have been taking my multitudes of domestic and farm animals to Geoff Woodhouse and his team of superb vets for the past 18 years and I couldn't find anyone better. Their level of care and professionalism is one of the best I have ever come across. Thank you so much guys.

Came on a Sunday with kids to see and feed multiple animals.. Nice place to drop by when in Arrowtown.

Saw the farm animals as I drove past. Nice collection of animals including an Alpaca. Great fun getting a bag of food to feed the animals
