Quiet in the reception area and there was an aroma that was very calming. The vet, Dr. Cameron Paul has the magic "touch" to instantly calm my stressed cat. Gives great advice, very supportive and more importantly, he genuinely loves cats and dogs.

We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for the compassion and care you showed our beloved Tilly in her final days. From the regular updates while she was in your care to the kindness of the staff who sat with her in her final hours, we always felt she was surrounded by love. The handwritten card, paw and nose prints, and the small vial of her fur were such thoughtful gifts that brought us immense comfort during a heartbreaking time. The day after Tilly passed, I found myself wishing I had kept some of her fur. Discovering that you had thoughtfully included a little vial with the card meant more than I can express. Thank you for treating Tilly with such dignity and for supporting our family with so much compassion. We will never forget it.

Thankyou Coastal pet vet. Today you fit me in when most other clinics said they were too busy, during a chicken emergency where I was upset and struggling with 2 yoing kids in tow. The receptionist was absolutely beautiful (even going as far as to help me put my babies in the car) and the vet was kind, professional and understanding. From someone with 9 years in the Veterinary industry I am very impressed by your team and so thankful for your empathy and kindness. Thankyou for your hard work, I hope you see this and know your doing an amazing job.

We are so grateful to Justin and his amazing team. The compassion and care they show is second to none, and we fully trust them with all of our animals. Thank you for discovering our boy Teddy’s underlying issue and for helping us through such a heartbreaking time. Your kindness and support made an incredibly difficult goodbye just that little bit easier. We couldn’t have asked for better care for our fur baby.

My sweet girl had a nasty accident, but we feel so lucky to have taken her to Coastal Pet Vets. Both Justin and Cameron have been incredibly patient, comforting, and helpful, as have Sarah and the rest of the team that we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. We are so grateful for all you do!
