We recently took our 11-year-old dog, Loki, to Spring Vets and had an excellent experience. Dione and the team provided outstanding care and made us feel genuinely supported. The staff truly care about both pets and their owners. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided us with all the information we needed to make the right decisions for Loki. That level of professionalism, compassion, and communication meant a lot to us. Even with a 50km round trip from our home, we are more than happy to travel because of the trust and confidence we have in the team. We highly recommend Spring Vets Papamoa to anyone looking for caring, knowledgeable, and supportive veterinary service.

I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. My cat finds vet visits extremely stressful and will often throw up from anxiety, so taking her has always been difficult for both of us. This was the first vet that genuinely took her stress seriously and cared about making the experience easier for her, not just getting the appointment done quickly. They provided medication to help relax her before the visit, which made such a huge difference. The staff were incredibly patient, gentle, and thoughtful, even giving her treats and taking the time to make her feel comfortable. It was honestly the best vet experience we’ve ever had. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable and transparent. I left feeling supported as a pet owner and relieved that my cat was treated with such kindness and understanding. No complaints at all, highly recommended!

100% recommend Spring Vets. Cherie & Dione are both brilliant vets, and the nurse team (Haidee, Bex, Jahdiel) have years of experience and knowledge between them! I particularly like that there is different waiting areas/consult rooms for cats and dogs, as entering a clinic full of different animals can be very stressful. The service is exemplary, the costs are clear and fair, and everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you and your pet receive the best care.

Outstanding service. The clinic and vet nurse were warm and welcoming this afternoon for our visit. Cherie was calm and our cat was at ease from the moment she arrived. Cherie allowed her time to take in her new surrounding before encouraging her out of her carrier. She was kind and gentle and offered our cat a treat after her check up - Cherie made the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommend Cherie and her team especially if you have a complicated chronic illness and Cherie took the time to listen and understand.

Spring Vets is so amazing. Dione was so incredible - informative, nurturing, and compassionate throughout everything. She made me feel completely at ease and genuinely cared every step of the way. I was absolutely blown away by the level of support and care received from her. Highly recommend!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
