An incredible experience at this vet. We came to Simon and his team for a second opinion on our dog, who has had ongoing ear issues and allergies for a long, long time. Safe to say this is now our new vet…we won’t be going anywhere else. Simon was amazing with our pup. He was incredibly knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and took the time to explain everything while giving us options to help manage the situation. From the moment we walked in, the clinic felt calm and welcoming. All the staff were so friendly, and we left feeling relieved and confident that our pup is in great hands! Wish we came here sooner!

I’ve been bringing my dog to this vet since I got him as a puppy last year and I’m really happy with the service. My dog has been seen twice at short notice when he’s had minor health issues, as well as being seen for regular check ups and vaccines etc. The vets and their vet nurses have been kind, responsive, helpful and informative. My dog also actually gets excited to visit the vet clinic. I’ll continue to bring my dog to this vet clinic.

I'm SO happy I found this vet clinic!!! I have taken my dog twice and seen two different vets. Both were incredible, so kind and gentle with my nervous dog and really thorough with their examinations as well as taking the time to explain things to me. The vet nurses are also lovely both in person and on the phone. I think everyone commented on how cute my dog is which shouldn't be a factor and yet it is 😂 The practise is clean and bright and just has a calm vibe about the place. It was refreshing to come away feeling listened to and confident in the care we received. Thank you team :)
