Dissapointed, my dog got loose some builders who found him five metres from his home took him to Island bay vet. This is the same vets that done all his vaccinations and other things if when required. Through social media he was finally located at the vets only to be shipped off to the dog pound because I'm told he was barking at other dogs is that the normal practice for an animal making any disturbance. If a problem could if covered him with a blanket out him outside he is chipped and registered my contact details are probably on record. I'm not commenting on previous care my dog has had as I have had no problems and regard them highly but in this instance I feel a little let down.

Such a good vet center. Staff are amazing and very caring for their patients. Never once have they fat shamed my large boy.
