We brought our dog in for an emergency issue. The clinic itself looks very professional, and the vet we saw was knowledgeable. They explained the potential next steps clearly, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. The main downside was cost transparency. The medications, blood work, and scans were quoted at a very high price — it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I was disappointed that no pricing or payment plan options were discussed or offered. That wasn’t even raised as a possibility. I ended up sourcing the medications cheaper elsewhere. To their credit, the senior veterinarian responded to my request quickly and sent our dog’s prescription to another provider without any hassle. The service from the senior vet on that was excellent. Overall: Great clinical care and professionalism, but would really appreciate more upfront discussion around costs and payment options for emergency cases. 4/5

Always a good experience at PETVET Silverstream! Staff members are friendly and helpful, and highly recommend Amos as a vet. He is so good with our dogs and takes the time to answer all questions without ever feeling rushed. We definitely feel that our pups are in good hands here.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Wait time for my appointment was short and I was taken in early to see the vet. Free treats for pets sit on the counter so ur pet can have a treat either before their appointment or after while you pay. They have Afterpay which is awesome as we all know how expensive vet appointments can be.

Great customer service - the vet came out and carried cat container into the consulting room. Very pleasant staff and very happy with the charge as it was a statutory holiday. Many thanks!
