Very average experience from the vet and staff. After 12 months I will be looking elsewhere.Ordered dog biscuits from them but needed annual Vax etc. Vet came out , didn't introduce himself and despite notes and file from my previous vet in Dannevirke refused to order a full blood test. Instead he gave a urine sample bottle and explained that I should follow my small dog around with a shallow dish ,preferably early in the morning!!!??? My little boy is up four times a night before dawn!!

Love the team at Raumati Veterinary and have reason to be especially grateful to Erin for helping to ease the death of our 17-year-old terrier, Louie. Erin thoroughly explained the process and told us what we might expect. Importantly she and left us feeling we'd made the right decision.

They were well priced but often misdiagnose. My dog Pablo died today in Wellington bcos of a four year witch hunt over a bladder stone that didn't exist. I wanted full bloods on workings of organs, not basic advanced blood tests and they were reasonable cost for this. I knew Pablo had liver or kidney problems and in the end caused heart problem.

Riley has bad teeth sadly so every few years he needs to have dental surgery. Dr Vicky was able to identify that he was allergic to his stitches and debriefed them, replaced them and gave him nerve blocks to ensure less pain. So glad to have Riley in such great caring hands
