Incredible staff and service. Our little Alfred was booked in for Radioactive Iodine treatment and from day one Wadestown had been communicative and patient, so we knew straight away he was in great hands and he came back a calmer and happier cat. Thank you so much for looking after him!

Justin and his team provided great care to my dog and always made themselves available to us when we needed last minute, emergency appointments - most recently, they booked us in for a same day appointment where they provided me with all the information and support I needed to make an informed decision about whether it was time to say my final goodbye to my beloved pup. Never an easy thing to do, but grateful for Justin's guidance.

I always feel a huge sense of relief after talking with Justin. I have two cats and they both have had a couple of issues. I am an anxious mama and Justin always takes the time to explain and reassure. No matter how many questions and comments I have. The woman on reception is really lovely and when we call to pick up some food it's always ready to go when I get there. Cannot recommend enough!

Got our baby back after the radioactive treatment and she's immediately back to normal. Staff were helpful and friendly. One thing to note is the machine has a surcharge so for large bills you'd be best using insert chip eftpos otherwise smart pay nz will be sneaking off with $40 😉
